Every job is different. The size of the deck or balcony changes the amount of material and time. Access matters: if we can back a trailer close to the site, it speeds things up; if we have to carry everything by hand, it costs more time. The condition of the existing roof or wall affects the work, rotted wood or rusted metal needs repair first. Weather can pause welding or decking, and the height of the work adds setup time. On the day we arrive, we protect the ground and nearby surfaces with tarps and boards. We set up our tools and materials, then work through the job step by step. When we finish, we clean up all debris, metal shavings, and packaging, and we do a final walk-through with you. Before we come, clear the area around the work so we have room to move. After, keep the new deck or balcony clear for 24 hours so sealants and finishes can set.

Aluminum is our go-to for balconies because it is lightweight, strong, and will not rust, so it looks good for years with little upkeep. For RV decks, we use materials that can handle the movement and vibration of the road. We weld everything with proper technique to avoid weak joints, and we use stainless steel fasteners where they will be exposed.
