Tell us what needs doing and we will come out and take a look.
When you call us, you get a person who does this work, not a call center. We ask what you are dealing with, where it is, and what you want the result to be, and then we set up a time to come look. On site, we check the metal, the joints, the rust, and how the thing is used. We talk about what we can do, what it will take, and what it will cost, and we are straight about whether a repair is worth it or if a replacement makes more sense. You get a clear quote before we start, and we tell you when we will be there.
The work itself is about prep, fit, and the right heat. We grind down to clean metal, bevel the edges where the weld needs to bite, and set up the pieces so the joint lines up before we strike an arc. For steel, we use MIG and stick, and for aluminum we switch to TIG or spool gun, because that metal needs a different touch. We choose rod and wire for the base material, and we weld in short passes to control warping. A weld that looks pretty on top but has no penetration will fail, so we make sure the weld is fused, not just painted on.
Working on someone's property means we treat it like our own. We pull in, set up a work area, and lay down tarps and boards where we need to walk. We protect the lawn, the driveway, and the landscaping from sparks and heavy gear. We handle noise and grinding as best we can, and we are careful with fire, keeping a extinguisher within reach and watching for dry grass. When we finish, we pack up our machines, pick up every piece of scrap, sweep up the grinding dust, and leave the place as clean as we found it, or better.
After the job is done, you are not left hanging. The same people who did the work are the ones you talk to if anything comes up. We answer our phones and we return calls, and if you have a question about the weld or how to care for it, we talk you through it. We know that a gate or a trailer is part of your everyday life, so we want it to last. We think of the people we work for as neighbors, and we treat each job like we will see them at the grocery store next week. That is how we want it.
Tell us about your project and we'll get back to you with a quote. Or just give us a call.
